Along this journey, there is an intensity of both positive and negative emotions including great joy, exhaustion, fear, grief, anxiety, depression and excitement that constantly impact on our individual resilience. With such a vast array of emotions, feeling overwhelmed is a common experience on any leg of the journey. Support, respect, understanding and strategies to assist you on this journey are invaluable”.
